Week 1


In this week, we also used push buttons to control the LED lights that we did in 1.1.

As seen in the video, the Pi registers when the button is pushed, and lights the LED light up.


These buttons are useful to register user inputs, and can be used in implementing Internet of Things.


For example, fan remote controls utilise buttons to register whether to turn on/off, change fan speed, oscillate and even to set a timer to turn off.
